Roland DJ 707m for the Mobile DJ
Roland has just released a new controller for the mobile DJ. The Roland DJ 707m is the latest addition to the new line of DJ Products from Roland. This controller is super packed with features that will aid a mobile DJ that is inclined to music production.
More importantly, it has features for digital audio processing and speaker management which is a first from DJ Equipment Manufacturers. It also has the ability to save presets and recall same swiftly. Quite impressive.
According to Roland, ‘Roland DJ-707M, is an integrated live sound console, loudspeaker management system, and fully fledged performance DJ controller that’s equipped to handle the demanding audio needs of working mobile DJs. It’s like having three speaker management processors built into one unit.’.

- Intelligent Loudspeaker Management System; Master, Booth, and Zone outputs all have independent loudspeaker management settings, with 4-band EQ, multiband compression, limiter, and mono mode.

- Dual USB ports for backup and seamless DJ changeover.
- 4 Microphone inputs, (2 regular, 2 via auxiliary). The 2 regular mic inputs are equipped with independent gain, low cut, 3 band EQ ad Noise gate per channel.
- Front facing auxiliary inputs for musicians or additional microphones.
- Fully assignable zone output with dedicated level control ideal for creating a separate mix for a videographer, sending different music to another area of the venue or adding a subwoofer.
