Pioneer DJM S3 – 2 Channel DJ Mixer For Serato DJ. With Pioneer still struggling to gain grounds with its RekordBox DJ software, we are happy to see them launch a new entry level compact DJ mixer for Serato DJ with DVS support. This bitter sweet relationship between Pioneer and Serato will last quite a long time. The 2-channel mixer is equipped with the same sound card as the Pioneer DJM S9. The audio quality is uncompromising with a 24 bit, 48 kHz sound card built with dithering technology. The layout of this mixer is similar to the Pioneer DJM 250 MK2.
The S3 is also equipped with the rugged and accurate Magvel Faders capable of 10 million movements, same Faders on the Pioneer DJM-900NXS2 professional mixer. Also this mixer is equipped with independent channel faders and its a great combo with the Pioneer DDJ SP1 to switch on all the performance features of Serato DJ. Furthermore, this product has several industry standard audio inputs and outputs including 2 headphone outputs. This product will be available from late September 2017 at $499.
